Kitchen, dining, and lounges • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors • Deep clean and disinfect sink, bench tops • Wipe/clean/disinfect the exterior of kitchen equipment ie, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine • Wipe/clean/disinfect stove top, oven (outside), range hood, and splashback • Wipe/clean/disinfect light switches and door knobs • Wipe/clean/disinfect ledges and skirting boards, including toe bumps • Wipe/clean/disinfect external and internal drawers and cupboards • Wipe/clean and disinfect window sills • Internal cob webbing • General dusting 3. Bathrooms • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors • Deep clean and disinfect bench tops, soap, and towel handles • Deep clean and disinfect sinks and polish taps • Deep clean and disinfect toilet bowls • Deep clean the shower area, including the tap • Wipe/clean/disinfect light switches and door knobs • Wipe ledges and skirting boards • Wipe/clean/disinfect window sills • Internal cob webbing • General dusting

Jenis Cleaning Services By booking our services online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking. Booking Confirmation All online bookings are subject to confirmation by Jenis Cleaning Services. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once your booking is accepted. If your selected date or time is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Accurate Booking Information Clients must provide complete and accurate details, including address, contact information, and service requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation. Pricing & Estimates Prices shown online are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the property condition, size, or service requirements differ from the booking details. Any price changes will be discussed and approved before work begins. Payment Terms Full payment is required before the cleaning service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. An invoice will be issued via email or SMS. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or denied access may be charged up to 100% of the booking fee. Property Access Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Arrival Time Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. We will notify you if significant delays occur. Health & Safety Clients must inform us of any hazards, pets, or special safety requirements. Jenis Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe. Satisfaction Guarantee Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a resolution or re-clean. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services due to unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, or requests outside our service scope.
